Solid Waste / Refuse Collection

City of Brady residential customers receive refuse collection once per week.

To ensure that you are not missed, it is necessary that have your refuse receptacles curbside, the night prior to your scheduled pick-up day.

Commercial customers may choose to retain a dumpster or polycart, depending upon needs and/or requirements.  Multiple pick up days are offered on dumpsters only.

All refuse shall be placed in an approved refuse container in order to be picked up. The city shall not pick up refuse that is not in a designated refuse receptacle.

Should a city-wide work holiday commence, refuse pick-up schedules will be adjusted. Residents will be notified of such schedule adjustments via the local newspaper, via the local local radio stations, and via utility billing mail-outs.
