Net Power Supply Cost (1) ($) / (2) Net kWh sold = Power Cost Recovery Factor (PCRF)
(1) Power Supply Cost ($) including generation, transmission, regulatory and other costs charged to
the City by its supplier for the retail billing period.
(2) Total kilowatt-hours consumption sold to retail customers for the retail billing period.
